Q91Y heavy-duty shearing machine is suitable for cutting all kinds of scrap metal. After squeezing two or three times by closing the cover and the side pressure head, the scrap metal is compressed into a block, which is finally directly cut or crushed to become a qualified scrap metal.
Gantry shears are composed of frame, hydraulic cylinder, hydraulic power system and electrical system. In terms of working principle, it passes through the automatic loading bin, that is, after the material is grabbed to the loading bin, the waste is automatically sent to the knife edge by the conveyor belt. The feeding speed can be adjusted by the speed adjustment motor.
